Setup and teardown is Strictly for the Bartender to setting up the bar and tearing it down and for the
Servers to uncover already prepared platters and to due basic setup and cleanup. It doesn't include Washing dishes, pots & pans, packing dishes from other catering
services or party rental companies and/or put chairs and tables up. |
