We have three basic
levels of services we provide. Prices
below are per Waiter or Server.
Level I - One
serving staff person to tend to
the buffet table while dinner is
served will cost you $20.00 per
hour, with a five hour minimum
,which includes one hour setup
and tear down.* |
Level II - One serving
staff person to tend to the
buffet table while dinner is
served, will also include
filling water goblets and wine
glasses, pick up plates from
tables, clear plates (NOT WASH).
They do not stack tables and
chairs this service will cost
you $30.00 per hour, with a five
hour minimum, which includes one
hour setup and tear down.* |
Level III
- full
service includes everything in
level II plus Clean and wash
plates, this service will cost
you $40.00 per hour, with a five
hour minimum, which includes one
hour setup and tear down.* |

Liquor Purchasing Service
As an errand for
our customers, Fast Bartending,
Inc. will purchase liquor,
juices, garnished, ice, cups and
any other bar-related consumable
item(s) needed for your event.
This service is essentially an
errand service offered to assist
with your event. We do not
markup the items purchased and
resell them to you; instead, we
simply drive to a liquor store
and purchase the liquor on your
behalf. We require a full
reimbursement of the total
purchase including sales and
Liquor taxes. Due to our buying
power we are often able to
negotiate favorable prices with
local vendors. Any savings
resulting from this are passed
directly to you. Upon completion
of your event, any unused items
are yours to keep. The cost to
you for this "Errand Service" is
on average between $100.00 and
$150.00 per event. |

*What constitutes
"1 Hour Setup and Teardown"?
Setup and
teardown is Strictly for the Bartender
to setting up the bar and tearing it
down and for the Servers to uncover
already prepared platters and to due
basic setup and cleanup. It doesn't
include Washing dishes, pots & pans,
packing dishes from other catering
services or party rental companies
and/or put chairs and tables up.
